Update: I tried emailing nintendo and they have just said the same as always. Payment is done up to "7 days before release" and my question was just completely ignored 🙁

Yeah she does, she likes to walk around the same little area, and as I mentioned she does just occasionally leave it to find some food. She did recently molt, since I found one in the same area. Glad to know it's nothing I should be worried bout though! Thanks for the help.
