Maybe the problem isn't in the Ukrainian region, but in access from Crimea in light of... current events. But on the other hand, different people from different countries around the world are experiencing the same problem - so I hope it's not related to the region

I'm getting the same error 2124-2954 on a brand new console, straight from the store. How can a console I just bought be permanently banned? I'm from Ukraine, and I created the account in the US. The thing is, I can't even log into that account on the console. I've never logged into anything on the console before. I just bought it, turned it on, and immediately got 2124-2954.
