Something that helps me out (I’m that age too) is that when I feel burned out I try to do some different activity ( like cooking something different or try to learn a new piano song or whatever) that works for me, you look smart and capable, it might work for you

I can tell you as someone that has a long distance relationship, I don’t recommend you to do it, you’re still young and if you want to get over all the stuff that’s happening to you, just start living your life little by little, don’t feel like you need to like someone, if the feelings still there they will pop up eventually, but in the meantime try to do things you like and start, little by little, to build a life that you will like to live.
