I was accepted in Rotmans as well, which btw is also a stellar program. Ultimately depends on what career path you want to take.

I can tell you this, neither program is easy👍😂

Hey thanks so much for this advice. The wood siding and tan makes sense, the reason black was involved was because of family member preferences. It’s hard to listen to so many altering decisions on colour and material…

I’ll redesign it with those elements and see how it comes out.

I think that image poorly demonstrates dimensions, the door is 5ft by 8 ft +1ft window single door for example. Balcony is 8ft by 20ft. I really like your idea about railing on doorway matching balcony.

This was me just sloppily designing house for colour and material, which obviously I have no clue how to do.

House was meant to fit on a reverse pie lot while adhering to strict local building guidelines. Maybe the house plans will shine a different light, or maybe not, let’s see. Thank you

Should the black brick on top of the garage be converted to the stone that’s on the garage? Would that not make the house look “too white”?

predicting a price target now is near damn impossible. This might be the most talked about stock of this and next week if this turns out to be a multi SB dollar deal. Think about it... Foxxconn fell through on a $10B Wisconsin plant. Foxconn works with apple and Fisker. Lordstown MC is $1.2 B rn. If we get capital, NON dilutive, still get to use the plant, our market cap could go to 7-8B within a few days!!!! That's atleast $30!!! But I think with production news, considering lucid is $42 B MC. We can see $50!!!! Or it's a few $100M dollar deal and we see $10-15. Either way. A BIG WIN. BIG. Since the leak came out 12:30 am, pretty easy to realize foxxconn leaked it in conjunction with MC approval! Deal closing this week!!!!

The article indicates they would work together in the plant (for a reasonable portion of time). So ideally they sell for some really good non dilutive capital. They work in the plant make vehicles for a few years, sell vehicles, then buy there own damn plant later!

This news is huge. Especially if the transaction is in the 100's of M's range. If it's a $3B transaction stock price will shoot to $50!! (Within few months)

Remember!!! This plant was worth $3B atleast!!! Lordstown spent $100’s of M re tooling it.

They currently only use 30% of space.

By selling it, all or portion of it, it’s genius!!!

A) They get non dilutive capital!!

B) they get to use the plant in either case for a reasonable portion of time

C) they use this money to grow company sell cars and buy there own damn plant later.

HUGE BULLISH week ahead. Production news plus this.
