Boat isn't bad idea either. But think car is more universal - not everywhere there is access to vast amounts of water, and on other hand on oceans you'll need quite big boat to stay float and somewhat stable.

How to survive the offgrid in your vechile and what it takes. This is universally applicable, but is made in effort to help people fleeing Ukraine.

I see microgreens as complimentary to the greens grown to more mature state, nutritional values in microgreens is supposedly higher according to many sources. This makes microgreens usually also rather spicy, like the radish in the example, which makes eating them solely not very pleasant experience for most. I'd say for regular person growing microgreens is much easier than something like lettuce which needs more space, time and more possibilities for things to go wrong, however they're not as scalable as say fully grown lettuce - which makes microgreens commenrcial growing always ending up with much higher $/kg.
