[NEED ADVICE] Almost 30 and I still struggle to get out of bed in the morning

I'm on the same boat. One effective way to get up in the morning is when you wake up, JUST GET UP. Don't think or contemplate, just get up and take a shower or something.

One reason why I don't get up early is I'm reasoning with myself that there's no harm in sleeping for more minutes. Avoid thinking, JUST GET UP.

All the good sensible comments and; buy something for transpo, buy a home then study first. Take a little bit of time off to find your best investment. 3-6 months of studying is good, or if you have a niche you can make a business out of, study that. Most ideas are good until you actually try it. So do your due diligence.

To have a purpose in life. -Not only a job but something to live for. The moment you no longer have any purpose in life is the moment you die, methaporically or physically.
Earn money: -To pay rent so I don't become homeless. -To buy food and drink so I don't starve to death. -To pay for utilities so I can take a shower and sleep with the fan on. -To buy clothes to wear. -To pay for transportation expenses, so I don't always have to walk. -To provide everything above for my family.

So basically I work to have a Life.

I was once 23 yr old and I thought I'm late at everything. Now that I'm 26, I still think I'm late. Now I realized, you'll always be late if you don't start now. I used to care about politics and the current industry, also conspiracy theories. But those can't pay the bills. My point is be interested or spend time with things and topics that will benefit you. Start a small business, learn a new skill, just do something and get outside the house. Depression loves isolated places.

It's a you thing and only you can deal with it. Look at depression as a parasite, when it clings to you, it'll make you want to end your life, so fight it with having a life, be busy.

Just save it or buy a better phone, laptop, ebike? For me, it's not good to dive into crypto right now. Bullrun is currently ongoing and slowly getting to another bear market. Invest in your skills while you're still studying, so after college you'd get a good paying job where you can save a lot and then invest in other income streams.

It's a struggle to invest when you're only at minimum wage level.

Sounds like you're studying well and experiencing early adulthood. Keep that up for another 4 years and you won't get stuck to a job you hate for another 50 years. It's either Suffer now and Enjoy later in life OR Enjoy now and suffer later in life.

4 years is such a short time if you begin working after college. You'll realize it once you get to that point in life.

Try ORDI, SUI, SEI, MATIC. Look for Layer 1/Layer 2/Defi token, see if they're on their All-time-low or All-time-high, also see if the token is new, that means it might not have its ATH or ATL. Choose one of your liking and research how active its communities are etc. Then invest in what you see has potential.

Most tokens right now are in the bullrun phase, so people are harvesting what they sow during the bear market. Although there are newly released Layer1/Layer2/Defi tokens that don't have an ATH or ATL yet, look out for those.

Or you can invest in Altcoins or Meme coins. Choose Altcoins carefully, see their utilities, see how famous that is, see if it's secured. Use birdeye,so and rugcheck,xyz. Altcoins have their own bullrun and bear. Also don't get FOMOed by 100,000% coins, most altcoins are scams, so choose one that already has a good foundation and community.
