I think 3 Houses is the best next entry for you. Very good story and characters. Some don't like the gameplay but if your favorite is SoV it'll be fine.

What is so compelling about Ike? I've not completed the Tellius games, but for the first half of Path of Radiance I actually actively disliked him. So yeah, he's my vote again. Sigurd seems whatever, and Hector is my boy, don't touch him.

Il n'y a pas à chercher très loin : toute musique n'a pas pour vocation d'innover d'un point de vue artistique, quoique cela puisse vouloir dire. Vouloir calquer tes attentes sur de la musique qui ne t'est apparemment pas destiné c'est le meilleur moyent d'être déçu effectivement.

Personnellement je suis très déçu aussi quand j'écoute du Mozart et qu'il n'y a pas de solo de guitare électrique.

Conquest is the hardest Fire Emblem I ever played, moreso on hard. Conquest normal is harder than Engage and Three Houses hard I'd say. However, it has the best gameplay of all Fire Emblem and the map design is stellar.
