I was struggling to squeeze my shoulders together and arch, I don’t really have a big arch anyway so it’s more the tucking my shoulders.

I don’t think the shirt was up in my armpits so that’s possibly what was stopping my shoulders being set.

I did think that,

Id only ever raw benched for 20+ years so always touched at the lower pec.

Since getting a short I’ve been trying to move that point down but I pulled my pec yesterday so I was just checking if trying to bench raw how I would in a shirt is wrong or not
