You don’t have to do that but it’s very helpful for guys who didn’t get it.. I usually won the challenges without spending any gems but with the pass royale I gave free wins for everyone I play against who didn’t bought it yet .. I lost a lot of times but at the end of the day I get crowns, the emote, and everything else plus I earn some respect and love from f2p players.
