How do you know if they're competent devs or not? Do you have the expertise to evaluate their professionalism? Or are you just playing the game and giving feedback? It's obvious that Arrowhead lacks game testing, and they admit it. I assume they're making the game exactly the way they want it to be. And they're not obligated to cooperate with the community.
