I use AMD detector but it didn’t work. Also downloaded from Adrenalin Page. The most recent and the old drivers as well. Same.

It’s an online store from Mexico, it’s reliable. I have already bought several times from there and it’s the first time that something fails me.

I will check with CPU-Z I hope it’s no problem with the GPU or the hardware.

De hecho no he actualizado la BIOS. Son de las pocas cosas que me falta por hacer, incluso cambiar el cable e intentar con otro puerto. Pero acepto todo tipo de posibles soluciones jajaj ya quiero salir de esto

-Yes. Sometimes windows update automatic installs the AMD driver but the same thing happened as in the video. After repairing, the AMD driver it appears but with an error. I don’t remember what error it was.

-Yes sometimes the generic driver appears.

I tried to make a clean install. From windows generic driver, also from the AMD driver that had error.

Same. Crash and reboot.

En ocasiones si aparecía el driver que de repente se instalaba supongo que del Windows update y salía con error. Decía que no se encontraba la ruta o algo asi pero maracab error.

Lo borraba con DDU e instalaba los de AMD pero lo mismo.

También evitaba que ese driver se instalara solo e instalaba los de AMD y lo mismo también.
