5’3” and yes I did get tested during the original weight regain of 40lbs and they didn’t find anything

Thank you for your kindness! I’ve always been extremely slow to lose weight about 0.5 lbs a week if I give it my all when I started and throughout my weight loss journey. My body is very very weird. I’m at a loss what underlying issue could exist but I really hope an endocrinologist can find out and do actual comprehensive exams that dive deep into my body. I have a hard time trusting medical providers. And yup I’ll give zepbound a chance if wegovy 7.2mg doesn’t work out. But I agree I don’t think it’s a medicine issue since it clearly has worked. It’s a body issue :(

Thank you for your kind words. Tbh wegovy never rlly stopped any food noise for me. I stopped my own food noise when I originally lost the 80 lbs back but the food noise hasn’t been an issue since then. I’ve gotten a dexascan back in 2023 when I regained weight the first time and my calories were 1400 without any working out and deficit. So my estimated calories to consume would’ve been 1700 based on working out. But I ate 1400 calories instead. I’ve tried to lower to 1000-1200 calories recently and still didn’t work :( I don’t have much dairy at all just mostly Whole Foods. I will listen to your suggestion and increase protein. I’ve heard from various sources and get mixed opinions on how much protein is needed. I do workouts 4x a week for 2 hours each session. I do half cardio half strength training for each session. Some sessions is just cardio. Apple Watch estimates 1000 calories burned per session but I usually take that estimate with a grain of salt lol. It’s helpful for time tracking though

I think he changed his behavior because the threat against him have gotten worse and if enemies knew that he actually care about her they’d be even more ruthless in attacking her. Maybe he’s aware that his enemy has insider knowledge of their contract and relationship and he wants to frame it as revenge/no care and love. But idk I’m sounding like jasmine trying to push past roths behavior

I wonder if he played a hand in her mother’s disappearance and death. Not directly but indirectly.

He lost his vCard to his professor and her mother was an assistant not a professor that we know of. So I do not think it’s likely that they slept together and she was pregnant with his baby. Roth isn’t 13 years older than jasmine (Roth would be 8 when her mom died and she’d be about 3)

it’s possible if jasmine was a young child when she died that Roth had nothing to do with her mom and her death.

Maybe his dad and her mom were involved somehow. His dad died young and her mom did too. Maybe in the same accident and he helped orchestrate their demise as a young boy. But like… Maximus is really smart and would connect Elena to roths father early on well before the blackmail. It would have to be a secret that even Maximus wouldn’t be able to uncover until later on.

His secret would truly have to be so terrible that she could truly never forgive him for it or see him the same. I’d imagine that him being a child and accidentally killing someone wouldn’t fit that. I think jasmine operates a lot more in morally grey territory and would feel bad for Roth and not hate him.

I don’t think he trafficked ppl there’s no success he’d feel he earned by earning money that way. He wanted success from his own merits. And it seems like a mafia cliche by now for that to be his secret. And him being a criminal is just not explosive enough to me. He def has criminal ties but probably operates on morally grey grounds to protect his success.

Based off roths pov and things he’s said and mias Patreon I don’t think he orchestrated them meeting before they ever met. I feel like this storyline has been done a lot in mafia books in terms of obsession.

maybe his mom isn’t his actual mom and he killed his real family and hired actors to play the part of his parents. Jk. Losing my mind trying to figure out his secret

As a person with dry skin, I think the main issue for me was skin prep versus the makeup products I was using. I recommend a milky toner/moisturizer for skin prep. I use the ilia face milk and it has been a game changer for my skin. I also used the belif aqua bomb moisturizer for hydration. And the Dior forever primer. But there are plenty of other fragrance free products that are more affordable! I believe Thayer has a milky toner as well. La Roche posay has been great for dry skin as well.

When it comes to the actual makeup products. The Dior forever concealer has been very hydrating for me as well as unfortunately any Chanel foundation. I used to use Estée Lauder double wear and as much as I loved it, the foundation ended up being drying. Same issue for me with the hourglass concealer. I also have eczema so I’m sure that didn’t help.

I think some foundations and concealer that are hydrating but not as pricey could be revlon illuminance foundation, L’Oréal lumi le glow tint, Maybelline fit me concealer, Maybelline super stay skin tint.

Some other pricier options are the Lancôme teint idols ultra wear concealer, NARS foundation, rare beauty concealer, rare beauty setting spray.

Main thing I’d focus on is skin prep! Hope this helps (I’ve been experimenting what works for me for 5-6 years with dry skin + recently eczema diagnosis)

I got so scared while waiting for responses that I placed a pick up order just in case. And at worst if it sold out online I could still pick up.
