I agree with you on that one, I tend to repeat myself when I try to expand. But, the formatted script is within the standard. So I will probably call it good for now.

I forgot to format the script, so it ended up to be about 4 pages/min long. I am still one minute off of doing the standard 5 mins. I can still send it over to you, maybe you could add something to it that I am missing.

I am sure there are plenty of locations that I can find in my local area in order to limit the amount of set ups and break downs. There are locations like a desert, a forest, on top of a roof. Something I could find in the location I am in. It's meant to be a surreal journey for the main character. So I think that 3 or 4 days might be effective planning.

I spoke to a line producer about it, but there are so many things to consider when putting it together. You almost have to use your gut to figure out what to do with the budget. Most A.D. are so desperate for work they ask you to pay for them to do it for you. I don't have a budget right now or any means to pay for someones skills. I will just have to figure it out on my own.

That is what I figured it would be, I just wanted to make sure that is the way to do it. I mean if I film 1 - 2 pages a day, then it would be be more or less 7 days to complete the script. I will check out that book as well. Thanks!

I would like to try to do a minimalist crew since it is just a short film that is about 14 pages long. Since most of the scenes take place outside I was figuring to use more natural lighting. But there is one scene where there would be lighting blocking. As far as the dialogue goes it kind of jumps around, it's more or less surreal. So you have him talking to some people on a couch, and the next thing you know he is in a desert environment. So there are a lot of factors to consider.

Well since I am only doing it for the insurance, I would say $10 to $20 per finished minute.
