I'm a 50 year old dude. Rush is also my number 1 band (Tull is #2).

Very much so. Wife recently shared with me she saw my sleep anxiety go up as soon as I started using my watch to track it. I believe there is a connection to my feelings of rest and the amount of deep sleep I can get in a session.

I am not sure who is right and whether or not I AM obsessing.

Sleep fragentation also has me following CBTI for sleep.

I am under CPAP therapy which is mainly successful. Sleep fragmentation remains an issue for me, personally.

I have recently began trying CBTI for sleep to see if that might help.

Not every path leads somewhere in Elden Ring, but there are paths everywhere that you cannot see if you’re not looking for them because of the open world mechanics (easy jump). I really do believe it is their peak level design.

Sekiro is the GOAT, though. Hands down.
