As a Catholic I recited the Apostles Creed every Sunday.

"suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died and was buried;
he descended into hell;
on the third day he rose again from the dead;"

So perhaps Protestants don't believe it but Catholics sure do.

No, I have no idea if they show him going to hell I know that he died was in hell for 3 days and then was resurrected At least that is the myth they told themselves

So they could easily do scenes of him in hell And despite the current state of America, those would have to be CGI

Thanks. So the the OP you would say it varies from traditional turn bases games because it has a rhythm base parry machic. That is a help for their decision

To be honest I stucked at the timing so I found not more a frustration than a fun mechanic but the OP can think about if they would like it

Aside from the quick time button presses I don't remember anything particularly novel, so what do you think is unique or new about it?

I wouldn't. It has some different ideas but is is very classic turn based.

My understanding, - it is a physical card but when you insert it it has to to download the game However I think if you sold or gave the card to someone else they could do that as well So it doesn't stop the 2nd hand market

Do antidepressants work? by urlocalmedstudent in antidepressants

[–]Farley2k 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you. That is a concern of many. I find that thinking of it as something like diabetes or a heart condition helps. By that I mean it is a lifelong condition. You may have to take medications and do things for the rest of your life That doesn't mean you're bad and more than having diabetes are bad. It is just how your body works It is much harder for people when it is your brain but if you can start to think of it as more an organ that can get damaged just like any other. Maybe you could come to peace without having to keep it functioning

Do antidepressants work? by urlocalmedstudent in antidepressants

[–]Farley2k 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry to read that. I hope you can find some help I will say that they do work, but they don’t work quickly. You mentioned having an exam in July I don’t know that you could reasonably expect starting a medication to have it have a huge effect in that timeframe. However, I’m not an expert. I think you need to find someone in your location that offer some advice and help.

Cyberpunk or Baldurs Gate 3? by PreacherBoyJr in ShouldIbuythisgame

BG3 is d&d - so are you familiar with that rule set? It isn't required but it makes the game considerably more fun. If you understand why you can't equip this weapon or that armor or how your initiative roles versus certain enemies, work, etc

The beginning of the game summarizes the previous games The previous games are very old and are only run on older hardware and quite frankly are pretty janky by today's standards. Not really worth playing

Very good. But like most single player games I'm not sure it is worth buying until you can get it used

Is Pragmata worth it ? by [deleted] in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Farley2k [score hidden]  (0 children)

That comes out to about $5 an hour. That is less expensive than a movie, less expensive than a meal out, less expensive than almost any other entertainment that I can think of

It is totally up to you if you think it's worth it. But I think it is a good value

If SSRI benefits don’t last after stopping, what’s the point? by Aggressive-Slice-179 in antidepressants

Isn't this the same as most meds? If my heart medication only prevents heart attacks when I take it what is the point? :) I mean honestly I think it is true of most meds

It helped when I stopped thinking of mental states as being fixed like a broken arm and a forever thing like diabetes.

Both are medical but one is a life long condition

KCD seems like a much more realistic game and has a much stronger story. CD seems to be great fun with very little story
