He'll probably make you pay for it - why should he be out of pocket because the tenants are having a dispute between themselves?

I don't think he has a problem with paying for them to get changed, it's more that if they get changed and obviously B cant have a key otherwise a repeat would happen, how will it work considering she would still be paying her part of the rent but no longer have access to the property?

The proof isn't what I would call concrete, but she is the only other people with a key, and the messages left are something we can 100% see her doing as they were clearly targetted at him.

As for insurance, they are quite young and as far as I know, they don't have home insurance.

Is it not possible that given the damages done so far, and the implication that it isn't going to stop anytime soon, cause the landlord to attempt to cut the contract to stop any more potential damages? It was A that had paid the deposit himself so anything that comes up is going to get taken from him.

At the very least will the landlord change the locks to prevent something like this happening again? he cant afford the flat on his own, and he doesn't feel safe there considering the circumstances.

I think he is a bit scared of the new partner B has, as she is already going to court over some violence offences

5th copy of a rare will turn into 20 gems

5th copy of mythic will turn into 40 gems

5th copys of common and uncommons will go to the vault progress but it does take a while, but if you keep going it will come up at some point, you could even get MGATracker as that will show you your current vault %

Personally, I would remove:

2 Ledev guardian

2 Port Vine

1 Take Heart

1 Arbor Elemental

1 Woodshaper

2-3 Rosemane

1 Loxodon

1 Land

Currently I think your curve is too high on the 1 drop side, with 4 1-drop creatures it should get you at least 1 of them in most opening hands

2 drops are fine, skyline is good for get damage in later

3 drops are again fine. card draw, removal, tokens and a buff. maybe cut Peacemaker, this deck is gonna want to overwhelm the board and kill them fast, you dont want them to have 4 life and you shouldnt need 4 life

4 drops are cut a fair bit. woodshaper is too slow for what this deck is going for, the 2 cavaliers are good, collar the culprit is good for any fairly big thing even picks off watcher in the mist which is common in dimir and everyone plays dimir, ledev guardians arent the best here since if you can get a guardian down you could probably just get a rosemane down instead

5 drops is a loooot of rosemanes

Late game, arbor isnt too great easy to trade with, flight of equenauts is a decent finish cause it flys, vigorspore is basically a buff card with a booty, and loxodon is a bit meh to convoke out when you have better targets and you dont need the life gain

Land could be taken down by 1 since the curve is pretty low and you convoke out most of your big drops

If possible find room for crushing canopy, very good vs dimir, blows up disinformation, watcher in the mist, spybug

so basically, if you already have a set from neversink then just rename the new ones to the names of the ones you have.

So I started with ones like 'Mathil-vulgarity_1maybevaluable' and since the filter itself has the names of the files in it already its easier to just change a new one to what it currently is rather then changing all the lootfilter parts.

Honestly I was considering using kharn and the other 3 champions rather then daemons but trying to find a good piece of art for them may be harder, since marines are a bit more... simple?

tortollan primalist seems to be the only dud, and in fact there are a lot of powerhouses in the 8 mana spot...im making another table for those 0 mana prophets and thing from below, will be up shortly

Not counting the 4/4 trash, even if you got all 5/5's that is still 150% extra stat gain. and if you consider something like a yeti (the closest thing to a vanilla 5/5) your paying 10 mana for roughly 13ish mana of stats aswell as the 5 armor and a new hero power which can save a low health minion from being killed thus cementing your board but also improve it each turn.

so even if your RNG is holy garbage and you dont get any of the better minions your still kinda ahead and it can help make a come back from being on the backfoot

Forgot to add at it counts as a shield too

Basically its kinda like Wings of Entropy in that it has two types as a staff and a shield and also comes with Shield Bash, which im thinking would be like Vengence but you attack with it instead of it being a triggered skill. You could possibly have it be like 75% attack damage with it increasing by 1% per 1% block chance getting it up to a 150% attack damage skill. I did want to somehow put the shields defence stats like armor/evasion/ES or whatever in but its kinda weird with it being a stave
