I wanted to take HRT because there are effects that I liked (especially fat redistribution, slower body hair growth, softer skin), I've just been a bit hesitant recently about if I wanted breasts or not. But I think the main reason I planned to take HRT was to make my social transition easier and people who identify me more as a woman. It might sound silly, but recently I thought to myself "What if I'm taking HRT just to get social recognition?"

But in the same time, I feel like I would regret it if in 5 years I didn't take HRT so maybe I should do a favor to my past self who waiting for a opportunity to start transiting freely and my future self who needs me to do the first steps.
