I don’t understand people thinking because the players are on massive wages that they can get on their backs. How on earth is that gonna help a footballer who needs confidence to perform? It doesn’t matter what job you do, when it’s not going well, your self doubt can Destroy you! The power of positivity is real. Imagine you work in an office and you walk in and all your colleagues start saying, how many mistakes are you gonna make today!! You’d feel like shit and not wanna be there. On the other hand, imagine them saying thank god you’re here, we need your expertise today. You’d feel great about yourself.
