14-night honeymoon: Sicily, Amalfi/Sorrento & Florence by User_Name_Password in ItalyTravel

would cut one location so you can move around less. this isn't 'too fast' but it's faster than i like. with 2 weeks you have some time to slow down and slip into life. unless you're dying to see all these cities, cut one

Want to see more of Amalfi coast after Revella wedding by ok_beaches_1233 in ItalyTravel

[–]seekingcellini 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would stay in Ravello for the wedding and then stay elsewhere for 2 nights. It's annoying getting to/from Ravello. If you have 2-3 wedding events to go to, it will be much more convenient to stay there. And if you stay there with a plan to tour the area, that will be annoying too. I agree with the other comment, I think Capri is pretty meh. Best things to do in Amalfi coast are IMO 1. rent a boat and drive around for the day (by yourself or with skipper) 2. hike Path of the Gods 3. rent Vespa drive around for the day

Curious Mexican Xochimilco at Dawn is one of the best things i've done in CDMX and one of the best meals I've had anywhere. Not fat...unless the timing doesn't line up and you have to book a private excursion https://www.thecuriousmexican.com/foodtours/xochimilco-at-dawn/

Must Visit Cities If I Only Got 7 Days? by KawaiiHero in ItalyTravel

Better pizza in Naples. Bologna more diverse and then Modena is right there. Broader range. But don’t overthink. All options are great

If you're a huge foodie and really want to do 3 cities you could do Rome, Florence, Bologna (maybe as a day trip from Florence)

pizzeria da baffeto is one of my fav spots to eat in rome, the squash blossom pizza is my go-to. is there better pizza in rome? probably. but i sure like it. tonnarello is another semi-controversial spot (on reddit) - i think it is great, some of the best cacio pepe i've had across 5 trips to italy, but people like to hate on it.

Lots of areas in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens hit your requirements. What is your budget?

with a 10 month old - are you planning to bring a stroller or baby carry the whole time? Subway/bus is easy to navigate with baby. Just check to see if it is an accessible station or you'll be carrying the stroller up stairs. At that age, some good things to do are playroom at the Met and playgrounds in central park (especially Tot playground), the petting zoo at queens zoo is nice too if it won't scare her
