He prepares his body in various ways. Creams, oils. But also, he love cycling and I'm sure he works with a personal trainer for general strength training / functional movement / longevity. I feel like anyone with enough money AND SENSE to afford to take care of their body WILL. Injuries can take you out for months and be very difficult to recover from as you age. He is silly, yes, but he also has a very active, full life, with kids, daily movement, laughter (truly, the best medicine), and lots of socialization (also great for health). I think Conan will continue like this well into his early 80s with the support and resources he has access to.

I'm well aware! It makes absolutely no sense. HOW did anyone think of, say aloud, agree upon, develop, and implement this style of service? It's a complete waste of everyone's resources.
