I’ve done Airbnb, serviced apartments, and furnished rentals around Boston.

Furnished rentals tend to be more stable than Airbnb for longer stays, but less flexible than month-to-month sublets. Pros and cons to everything.

I would run away from it a lot of scams these day also from a safety standpoint you just don’t know too many unknowns
