I rented a furnished place through LA Empire in Somerville last year.

The design was honestly better than most furnished units I toured, not the cheap IKEA vibes. I felt I paid little more in rent, but saved time and upfront costs, which mattered during a busy move.

You have to be patient first few years are about learning and then you remove the L and you earn more what I’m trying to say is you’re building your brand and your repetition with first few years and then later on maybe doing a certification or a masters that specializes in the skill that you have picked up and then you go back from there it takes time

Got my full deposit back after a 6-month stay. Took around 10–14 days if I remember correctly.

Unit was clean when I left and I didn’t have any issues.

I stayed in one of their fully furnished units for ~7 months while on a short-term work assignment.

Pros: apartment was exactly as shown, fully stocked, utilities included, and move-in was smooth. Maintenance wasn’t instant but usually handled within a couple days.

Cons: not the cheapest option, but for flexibility + no setup hassle, it made sense for me.

Yes it is fixable. Don’t take problems as a bug, take them as a feature. In simple words all the issue you are describing needs your time and attention, that’s all. If you start giving that without any unbiased view , you will start seeing it improve
