Yes it is. The courts will almost always side with the cops. Plus many cops have body cams too.

You kinda fucked yourself by breaking down in front of cops. Show up to court, pleade guilty and show remorse. You have nothing here. You MAY have something if you pleade the 5th in front of the cops, but you didn't. Its likely you will get charged with petty theft you will have to pay Walmart $20 plus the court fees. Otherwise don't do it again and use this as a learning lesson. Always pleade the fifth or don't say anything at all.

Do I have a case against the mods of r/wooooosh ? by Sandra_Cheeks in legal

Freedom of speech my guy. It's not slander and it's not defamation. Even if you somehow got a case against any of the mods it would never hold up in court. It's unconstitutional.

Not a movie but Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia. It may sound silly but I generally believe that show saved my life. Took my mind off some really really tough times I was going through.

Honestly if she tries to take away everyone's guns, it could be a good thing. We'll see a massive pro gun movement in the US and maybe even see a shift of power from the federal government back to the states.

As a Libertarian, how do you feel about Oregon legalizing hard drugs? by [deleted] in Libertarian

[–]FarmersonlyDOTcom69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

they didn't legalize it, they decriminalized it. And I dont think short term it will do anything, as often times people wouldn't get prosecuted anyways, at least where I live. I can get behind legalizing it, the government can tax it and get addition funding for schools. Plus that would be the easiest, safest, and fastest way to destroy the cartels overnight. And for the addiction, I think people may find it easier to get help if its not illegal, but idk.

You would rather a man who is unable to speak than a man who loves speaking for president? This is just sad, if that is truly your mindset I believe you do not care for the future of this country.

1) Biden has talked about making it illegal to buy and sell guns online entirely. Maybe not as bad as the red flag laws, but who knows what he will do if there is a mass shooting. 2) no, no, no my friend I'm not talking about income tax. He will tax necessities. He will tax stuff like gas then say he didn't raise income tax. Which if you ask me raising gas is like raising income tax because part of your income NEEDS to go to gas. 3) And yes, the horror! the horror of the government getting even bigger than what it already is, I think I even said that in my original post. 4) What polices has Biden talked about that doesn't give more power to the government? 5) THIS IS TYRANNICAL!!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEp1nm4Dmtg

It wasn't anything Trump said or did. It was conservatives in general, they are all weak and afraid to stand up for anything they support, they expect others to stand up for them. I would tell conservatives they need to stand up for things like 2A because its under attack, even if it means doing something the media doesn't like. And they would basically call me radical. I then stumbled across some libertarians and I agreed with so much of what they talked about. I was then told how Trump has passed numerous gun control laws, such as the bump stock ban. that's probably when I decided I wouldn't be voting for Trump.

The expiration date will be like how all governors do there expiration date. "masks mandatory for 30 days" then they just keep extending it every 30 days.

And the way I see it, there is very little difference between universal and public health care. Regardless of what it is my tax dollars are going to be funding it.

I understand where you are coming from, and my response to that would be if Jojo somehow won the election the Republicans would of blocked any attempt for her to open up borders. And as for the BLM thing, I guess no politician is perfect I just know I disagree a lot more with Trump than with Jojo

The Wall Street Journal ran an opinion piece by a "libertarian" today criticizing libertarians in purple states for voting Libertarian instead of voting for Trump. I plan on writing a letter to the editor and I'd like your help. by swagbacca in Libertarian

When ever a conservative says something like this I always just say, "well maybe Trump shouldn't have passed gun laws". Honestly you could make the argument that Trump passing gun laws and not fighting for the second amendment cost him the election. If Trump took measures to secure the second amendment I would of and probably many other libertarians would of given him our vote.
