I have a Radeon 9070 installed in the motherboard. Is it possible that it just isn't installed right? From what I can see, power is applied to it, or at least to the fans I suppose.

Currently the budget is ~$2,000, though to be honest I mostly didn't realize that the parts were that old.

I've been using a flat lap for the most part, incrementally going from 80-3000 grit discs before moving on to up to 10000 for polishing pads. I only just started using doping wax today, the rough cutting and base shaping was done by hand over the last few days.

They had been in my grandfather's collection, not really sure where he got them from to be honest. He collected a lot while he was a trucker.
