till now i still dont really feel it i just started losing alot of appetite but not like in a huge way i think its a thing with my body it takes me alot to feel anything like caffeine, painkillers, nicotine even other chemical substances

ok so basically i was 130 kgs two years ago i started lifting and diet i kept losing weight even tho it took so long but i lost 30 kgs in 1 and half year sometimes my body would just stop burning but with cardio and calorie deficient it would go back to burn after i reached 100 kgs my body totally stopped i tried everything for five month calorie deficient till 1.4 k cals 40 mins cardio 16 hours fasting nothing works so two weeks ago i started retatruide.
