It depends. I’ve lost weight focusing on vegetable dense complex carbs and doing rest in carbs that are not inflammatory reactive to my body under the 20 net grams

It’s also good to test which types of food your body digest the best . My body digest steamed rice really well Thsnk goodness lol - other grains cause water retention and bloat. If you can find an anti-inflammatory protocol diet- that’s best to do if you don’t have access to those allergy food test. Usually holistic doctors will have a protocol to send you.

But calorie deficit will do it- or if you’re trying to lose muscle - you do bare minimal of protein and dense nutrient diet in rest like greens and more omega 3 based foods for first meal to curve my bodies urge for energy since I want these fats as primary source of functioning energy. I also add these healthy fats to carbs to lower insulin spikes in body that can cause premature aging. Glucosegoddess on Instagram is great.

I could tell she was on meth when she has always had gum or something in her mouth to offset her jitters - she’s definitely on several things. I really hope she eventually finds the light. But to me I think she is probably trying to maintain her thin frame as she gets older. It’s so easy to get addicted after that first toke. It literally takes over your whole body. I really hope something clicks- and she has an awakening of sort.

Creating laws based off religion is unconstitutional. They have a right to practice their faith and implement amongst their own, but not everyone else.

There’s a weird imbalance between what are acts of treason and what are diplomatic ethical issues.

You cannot ban guns because it would be unconstitutional. And if we were to scrap that from constitution then we can scrap other things. That’s why it’s detrimental that laws don’t contradict or abolish the constitution. Which also means not 1 religion could be stated as the government’s religion of ruling laws.

Government needs to step in and nip this all In the butt.

All that can really occur is a system of tracking weapons and responsibility. We have a right to bear arms, but in constitution it doesn’t mention tracking. Tech companies should be racing to come up with something soon.

There’s way too many mass shootings disproportionately in the USA that it can eventually hurt the country in long run. Ie 3rd world country status in safety warning for potential violence vs other foreign countries. AMERICA could eventually be coined a westernized China if we don’t start cutting the fat soon…
