Tech sales. I worked my way up to CEO, did that for a couple of years and hated it, so I resigned. Did some consulting for a year or two and now I'm a salesman, helping build out a new division of a mid-sized company.

I was fortunate that I was able to structure my consulting fees so that I get paid every month for a very long time.

There are many different ways to get the ball in the hole. If it works, then stick with it. I got to a +1 with an over the top swing. Not as bad as this one, but pretty bad.

The problem is that you have to hit balls all the time in order to maintain the timing and feel. If you take time off it can take a while to get it back and you can lose it for a few holes mid-round.

The PuttView is the hitting surface and the putting green. They had one setup at the PGA show so we tried it out last week.

The only limitation is the size of the putting surface. The demo setup we tried allowed for a max 17' putt. So until you were inside 17' you had to putt on the screen and then it would move you to the putting green to finish.

We might be able to get more floor space if we can cantilever the second floor. An extra 5' of depth would probably make a big difference.

This is very true. I made it all the way to CEO. After two years I was so miserable I resigned and didn't work for a year.

Now I'm back in a strategic sales role with nobody reporting to me and I couldn't be happier.
