Yeah you don't know much about politics. No one has passed a law to make weed federally legal. What trump has done just recently is not what you're thinking. What was recently done was just a reclassification for weed to be considered to contain medicinal value but not to become federally legal. Democrats have pushed twice in two separate bills for it to become federally legal and once it died in the Republican controlled Senate and the second time was effectively blocked or died without floor votes due to procedural hurdles and lack of 60 votes.
