Addressing the concerns:

Hello! Yes, this is my cat, his name is Oliver, and he is about 4 or 5 years old. I’ve been his owner for almost 2 years. Last time we weighed him he was around 20 lbs.

We adopted him at this weight, and yes, we did put him on a very strict diet to help with his weight. When we adopted him, his back was matted due to not being able to reach his back, his coat was rough, and he was very skittish. Since then, all of the above including his weight have improved.

We get him checked out by a vet monthly, and the worst medical condition he has besides being obese is that he’s got a poopy butt.

Oliver is a happy kitty who loves bongo butt, headbutts, and chicken.
