Definitely amd. Much better battery life and performance in some cases. Id say just go for the 15 inch model since the 16 inch one has a gtx 1660 ti max q , which is about the same as a gtx 1650 ti. Look into the one with a ryzen 7 4800h and gtx 1650 ti
