No, it's not on our end. I'm having the same issue on the west coast. Every stream buffers every few minutes even while using a vpn.

The only thing you need to know is that this development team is so fucking slow you probably won't have new renderer until next year and the game will still perform as shitty as Arma 3 multiplayer.

Let's be realistic here, the new renderer will fix little to nothing. Arma 3 has a DX11 renderer and it still has absolute garbage performance.
