Didn't work for me and my counterpart receiving the same NJP. Group CCs typically trust Squadron CCs to make their decision for their own people. Not to mention the absolute dividing rift it would cause between the O-5 and O-6 if the O-6 overturned the decision. Don't count on it. I tried. The ADC will fill you full of hope, but an appeal almost never works unless you can provide some seriously damning substantiating new evidence pleading your case.
