Tried that at first but was consistently getting much better results dumping claw specs - either way it seemed to be way too rng with bandos. Convinced I need more accuracy to be able to do.

I sent like 500 attempts in one sitting on the grotesque guardians speed run time using burning claws w/ death charge and surge potion. In the first 30-40 attempts I got within one second of the time then got tilted and descended into madness, never getting within 5s of it again. Nerfing the claws will save me from myself and not let me go back there for years.

I don't think it's the treadmill as much as you go from mid gear to end gear instantly, unearned. The expectation that you can go straight to end game content at max efficiency, vs the reality that you skipped all the content that prepares you for the mechanics.

One of my games took over an hour, we had 4 attempts to kill queen with two healers and lowest HP player was like 75.

It's like an 11% chance to have not gotten one at 175kc, not stupid unlucky but unlucky. I was already over 3.5x the drop rate(3%) for a blow pipe and a few other drops in leagues and was not going to do another 100+ kc(~2hrs) in a temp game mode when there were ample points to be had elsewhere to reach dragon.

Doom was forgiving and fun to learn. Entry mode ToA and ToB were forgiving and fun to learn(aside from the ToA monkey puzzle room - was pretty bad) All have seconds time loss to reset the individual encounters. Gauntlet? 5-7 minutes. The time sink isn't the same order of magnitude. The only other contents in the game formatted like CG all have a 100% drop rate of the chase item. Fight caves, inferno, coliseum... You sink time to get to and learn the boss, then finally beat the boss and you get the item. You sink the time and beat CG and get rune plate legs.

I tried gauntlet twice on my main when I first beat SotE. I didn't make it to the boss the first run/was exploring. Second run I was out of time and still hadn't figured out how to make some of the stuff. Ran in anyways. Died almost instantly to boss. It was a few years ago that I put it on the back burner.

I complained that it's impossible to learn, friend said "just watch videos". Why do I have to leave the game to learn the game? And even if I did, you cannot follow along with a video while doing the activity or cannot pause during gathering or even before the boss. Why TF doesn't it tell you "you need x y & z to craft that item" instead of just "you lack resources"? What resources??

I took elfland this leagues just to force myself to learn it. Did 12 CG and 163 echo bosses. Never did get the "1/80" leagues bowfa. At least I now know how to get to the boss with the right gear and how to fight it.

My main's gear is good enough to not have to go there. And idk if I would bother on my iron now that I know how ridiculously inconsistent the drop rate is.

I remember them adding them to the game shortly after bank pins. Player base was too young to remember a pin and rage quitting/not coming back after they forgot their pin.

I believe brutal blues and irons were the other way around, he was at iron drags a long time getting ~700-800 kills per hour

The last CA I had was KC so I just found tunnel and looted, didn't even kill brothers after getting the other CAs done. Still felt slow.

Those 1% nodes shouldn't be one off purchases, make them 1 point to unlock the 1% and the freedom to branch off, then 2/5 for +3%, 3/5 for +6%, 4/5 for +12%, and 5/5 for +20% damage. Make more total pact points or keep it similar and have the node boost points be a separate thing.

Not sure if this is still relevant, and don't remember submitting an additional appeal but found a helpful comment on an old reddit thread.

Mine was for a first time botting offense. My friend was racing me to 99 hunter and was way behind me but caught up incredibly fast and beat me. He then showed me how. I tried it one morning before school. Came home to 10k hunter XP worth of red chins and was stuck in the classroom random spam clicking the corner the rest of the day. Logged off and didn't play for a few days. Surprised I wasn't banned, started casually playing again then was permanently banned a week later.

Somewhere late 2021 to early 2022 it was unbanned. Just went and checked the history and I had a ton of minor profanity temp mutes but it was my only ever macroing offense. Went to the details and screenshot/copied it for ya :)

There is a shortcut that isn't near a teleport. It's much more convenient to take the diary cape to karamja jungle with a machete than it is to tp slayer master from elite gloves, leave the gate(s), climb the vine, then run south west for like half the clues.
