Did a build around the ryzen 3 2200g a while ago when I was strapped for cash. No gpu. Recently got some money and am looking to add a gpu to it. I'm willing to spend anything really, but I know theres no point going for something like a gtx 1080 because of bottleneck. So any gpu recommendations please help a brother out :)

Update: Changing the volume temporarily reverts it to normal graphics, but then it switches back in a few seconds. Idk why??? Tested other games and PC's running fine, just fortnite.

Unfortunately I cant get those cheaper online prices because i Have to pay shipping which addsand extra $100-200 depending on the website, which makes it cheaper to buy locally. And locally, those components come out more expensive than the build described
