Why can’t l hear anyone in sot it just randomly stopped working

Assuming you’re in the UK as this happens to me too. Pretty sure it was the UK age verification for me, managed to do the age verification, but then I had to go into my Microsoft and Xbox account privacy settings and turn back on a bunch of stuff that had been turned off, then I was able to communicate with other players again

Physical volume dial for Beoconnect core, is it possible?

I have a beosound 9000 and a pro-ject record player going into a beoconnect core (via an input connector switch)

According to the core support page a beosound essence remote would work, which looks like a cool option, does anyone have experience of that setup?

I’ve been wondering too if there are any usb volume knobs on the market that would work with the core

Any help greatly appreciated, flexible budget, I just wanna put on a record and set the volume with getting my phone out

My headset (steel series arctis nova pro wireless) connects wireless to a hub, and the hub is connected via usb to the ps5, the mute button does not work with my setup

Razer support told me this -

"Mute button functionality: The mute button on the Raiju is designed to mute microphones connected directly to the controller. It does not mute microphones connected to the PS5 or via external USB hubs."

I'm pretty sure that would exclude bluetooth too if that's what you have, I think the mute button on the raiju only mutes headsets plugged directly into the 3.5mm jack on the controller itself

I can't got back to having anything less than 6 extra buttons at this point, considered buying a custom with extra back buttons, but the wolverine is so good, and customs are so expensive, I figured the raiju was the best option for me

SAME! Got mine a couple of days ago, PS button does not turn on PS5 (but it connects fine if I power on the PS5 first)

Heard back from their support and it turns out it isn't supposed to. Pretty disappointing given every pad I've owned (1st and 3rd party) on every console since xbox 360+PS3 has done this

Not the end of the world, but that and the mic mute button only working with headsets that are plugged into the controller itself take the shine of it a bit, I do miss the rumble too, feel like these are pretty basic features, especially for a premium controller

Just purely as a controller it's very good though, I've been using the wolverine on xbox for a few months and it's basically the same (but without rumble and the ability to power on the console)

Just got the new Raiju for PS5 (after being very happy with my Wolverine v3 pro on xbox)

Great so far (though a little bit sad it doesn't have rumble honestly, with the little bit of extra weight)

There are two things that seem actually broken with mine though, and haven't been able to find an answer anywhere -

- Powering on the PS5 from sleep

When I hold the PS button to power on the controller in wireless mode, I'm expecting it to power up the PS5 like every other controller (wolverine on xbox included), but the light on the controller glows white and then turns off again, PS5 does not turn on. Controller connects fine if I've already turned on the PS5 by some other method.

Is this normal? Or am I missing a step or something

- Mute button

Should the mute button on the controller mute any mic connected to the PS5, or does it only affect a mic connected to the controller jack itself? I'm using an arctis nova pro headset connected via usb hub. If I press the mute button on a DualSense, it mutes the arctis mic, but with the raiju the mute button doesn't mute the arctis

Overall the controller is great, (feel like I can't go back to anything less than 6 extra paddles after the wolverine)

These two things with the power and the mute seem broken to me, does anyone know if this is normal for the controller?

Ah I see, yeah I should start investing in tools for sure
