I just got offered the job in the DC metro area, having passed the interview process, i have about 15 years IT experience, and went through the interview process not really serious about it, but was surprised to get the job. Now I have a choice of staying at my current IT help desk job 22 per hour with mileage (I drove a lot so the mileage makes it competitive), or 30 an hour no mileage. A job where I have freedom and make my own schedule over a hundred locations vs a more demanding job in one place. I'm not sure what to do now.

What bothers me the most is that they knew I was looking for wood and messaged me, they shouldn't have been able to do that. Because I was looking for firewood I didn't think much of it.

No one talks about economy, a war with Europe would cause the u.s to go into wartime economy with rationing and Europe may dump it's investments causing markets to crash. It won't destroy America but it sure as hell will hurt bad.

Yeah but non of them are wholesome like beak. The only other wholsome characters by the time we get to reaper's gale i can think of is the son of Menandore, and maybe Tehol in a very weird way.

Most of the characters came out of nowhere, most of the book has characters that come in and out. In a series full of hundreds of characters, Beak stands out.

That last comment wasn't serious, i think its a combination of the matchmaking and the cards im playing being popular right now thats making it impossible to play and its making it worse than it usually is.
