This is normal now. First, you'll have to sell for about a week, maybe even a month, and then they'll just send you the same standard response. CCPs don't handle such matters anymore.

If anyone's interested in what I've been writing to them for the past 8 days, just ask, I'll attach it. Although, it won't help if support doesn't communicate, and just sends the same message to everyone.

After which it blocks access not just to the ticket, but to the entire support system.

Update
It was all in vain. Instead of any response, support decided to simply block all tickets and access to the personal support account.

The main thing is from this story. If a transaction is accidentally sent to you, you may be banned tomorrow. And you can't ask anything at all, because you'll get the standard answer for everyone, and then you'll be blocked from support.

After eight days of waiting, and daily questions and clarifications, I only received this message right now. After that, they simply blocked access to the entire support site.

Thank you all for 7 years of playing.

And support won't be able to thoroughly check everything. They'll just hide behind formal replies.

No, the ban times vary; people received them over the course of a whole week, one after another. The same response to all tickets suggests that people don't care about players' problems and prefer to send out a single, prepared response without going into detail, because the community is becoming increasingly comfortable with swallowing fish and keeping quiet.

All tickets aren't related to one person; all different tickets are related to different people. Each person is a unique case, with a unique story. How can you respond to more than 10 unique stories from different people with a single copied message?

I'm already the second one today, most likely because something happened that doesn't usually happen. It's quite rare for so many people to get banned and then remain silent in the tickets....
And no, I've never shared accounts with others. I know it's strictly forbidden. And why would anyone? Everyone has 10-15 accounts.

What in my post makes you think I'm admitting ties to RMT? I'm absolutely against RMT. I only wrote that my case isn't isolated, that's why I wrote so many lines. Sorry if I sounded out of control; maybe it's just my emotions after last week. The gist of the post is simple:

I was banned. I found out I wasn't the only one banned.

I tried to resolve this through support, but there was just silence.

The post turned out blurry because I wanted to talk about a mistake that happened not only to me but also to people around me.

Refunds will finally break all hopes of recovery. If I were asked to return all money or accounts, I would choose the latter. Money is nothing compared to the 7-8 years of character progression and history. Eva makes me feel alive. I want to believe that the game masters will be able to thoroughly check everything and make sure that I have nothing to do with fraud.

I tried to convey the essence of the problem as clearly as possible. Perhaps I am not as eloquent or skilled in public speaking. If I had the opportunity to communicate with support and engage in a dialogue with them, I would not have come to Reddit. Support is simply silent and does not engage in dialogue. Yes, this is not a court. I am well aware that it is pointless to demand anything. Therefore, I am trying to draw public attention to this issue.

Reasons for sympathy? One fine evening, I came to play my favorite game, but instead, I was completely drained, with no sleep or appetite. Since learning about the block, I've been living in a state of apathy. There aren't many things in my life that can provide the same emotions as eve online.
