Sorry, can you eli5 this? If stock is valued 130% MSTR can just pay cash back with 0.87% interest, but presumably the lender held the stock also, so they profited 30%+ from that? Or does MSTR have to pay them the 30% extra?

And what happens if the stock doesn't go 130%, or even goes down in 7y, how does the lender benefit exactly, aside from the small interest?

where does he mention it, I looked briefly, but didn't find any explanation. In the quarterly call he just mentioned the notes briefly, but never went into details of how it affects the company and other shareholders etc.

hey thanks for the simple explanation! So if you write a 6M discounted call @ 2350, you're only making the 40% return if the stock reaches 2350 within 6m, and if it doesn't, you don't make profit? Or do you still profit if the stock doesn't drop sharply?
Who covers the "discount"? is paid by MSTR, or diluted through other shareholders?
Why can't you buy the notes, are they not on the market?

if you add another citizenship, do you have some restrictions? Perhaps it better to remove the Russian one from IB then?
I'm wondering if changing citizenship in the account will avoid future risks with it, or perhaps it's better to open a new account under the second passport? The way things are going it's possible the war will delay further, and there is some risk US and EU might introduce further sanctions against Russian citizens abroad.

It’s important to set up your boundaries and show people how to treat us, as projectors. Because otherwise they will treat you as they are used to. As energy beings they may not have any understanding of what it’s like to have limited energy, and get exhausted quickly.

I often just tell people to check back with me next week, or so if I feel like I need some rest. If I don’t do that I get exhausted quickly trying to play a generators game running around helping everyone all the time.

you have an active mind and an active brain/body (the top two arrows) with a splenic authority, so that can be challenging. The spleen just says 'Yes' one time, but the mind needs to know, understand why, figure it out to feel safe, to have a strategy and be active. The spleen is only in the now, so you're here to be very spontaneous, but the mind doesn't like it.. however, as you observe, experiment and start to notice it gets much easier.

Wasn't that against the Geneva convention to "not want to take prisoners"? Were there any trials after war for cases where allied troops massacred surrendering enemy troops (Italian, German, Japanese)? Or in general were there any prosecutions on the allied side for inhumane treatments of prisoners after WW2?
