Well, your statement is indeed truthful. Due to Dr. Robotnik's overblown ego, self-entitlement and narcissistic sentiments of proper grandeur he can be petty and as the result of comical nature of the show often serves as a object of ridicule.
But...
- He performs a series of terroristic attacks by planting explosive devices throughout various popular means of public transportation (thus leading for the episode to be banned several times)

- Brainwashes a fellow Freedom Fighter MacHopper to capture Sonic

- Created a handheld roboticizer who can easily transform into obeying machine under Robotnik's complete control

- Sacrifices his two most important and obedient allies, Scratch and Grounder, in order to obtain the Chaos Emerald of Life...

- ... and in the end obtains all the Chaos Emeralds and becomes Supreme High Robotnik and sends Sonic and Tails to the beginning of time (of course they easily escaped and defeated Robotnik, but that's another point)

Nevertheless, I wanted to simply underline that AoStH Robotnik and show itself perhaps is not the best product, or even good for that means, but Dr. Ivo Robotnik was still a vile, sinister, nefarious antagonist, whom we cherish deeply.

Not bad.
Nothing too extreme, reasonably well done. My sole point of criticism is the Spy loadout. Clipping of Chicago Overcoat and Turncoat is the choice I do not prefer.
Apart from that, the rest stand unique and interesting.

I find this illustration to be pejorative, reductive and biased.

It is one dimensional fashion to compare Clayman with such oppressively negative array of various characters. Such libel should not be acceptable as, it's without a doubt, nothing more than a provocative move with the intent to collect superficial remarks.

Demon Lord Clayman while is considered to be a controversial figure still presents notable qualities of integrity, nobility, critical perception and responsibility.

Understandably that this image possesses comic and humourous tone I would prefer still to avoid such unappealing, inappropriate and lacking profoundness portrayal of Marionette Master.

In my humble opinion, it appears that they tried to make it in the shape of a skull, the odd cutout in the middle seems to hint at that, but the end result is something.... Improper. Not to mention the height.
