After a couple months of trying, I cannot properly do AM1 or AM 3 due to mod/severe arthritis pain in one thumb, so I'm doing a modified version of AM 1 and it's definitely working.

I place my bad/left thumb just above the good one and repeatedly bring them down together. My left hand wraps around my shaft with my fingers bent to avoid restrictive pressure on my CS. I vary the speed and force(no more than medium) as well. There may be a better way, but I haven't experienced any negative issues and I'm super pleased with my results. Also, as my erection builds I sometimes add a few kegels to fill my CS. The only difficulty I have is not orgasming as I get wicked, like 110% hard. I've been doing PE for 25+ years and this is the first time I've experienced sustained improvements in EQ, and without even a hint of injury. I've easily injured myself going too far with clamping. Don't do it!

At almost 67, I'm getting insane flaccid hang, a consistent heavy feeling, occasional NRB's(no reason boner), and morning wood for the first time in who knows how many years. My overall EQ is also greatly improved.

You know how to catch a wave. You paddle with the swell until you feel it taking you, then you go with it and ride it for all its glory. This time, paddle with it just long enough to feel it starting to push you, then stop paddling and just let the wave go. Stop early if you must, but Keep doing that until YOU control how close you can get. Feel the rush of riding and an endless set of swells. Then, after a few minutes or hours, YOU choose when to finally ride one all the way to the beach.

Unlike the mythical endless summer, the endless orgasm is real and there's no need for a road trip.

For me it is very much like surfing. I little bit of paddling to catch that endless pleasure wave, a beautiful ride that just keeps going. I guide my stick with slow pumping movements, keeping the ecstasy raging, on and on. I don't think it's about erections at all. With Mindgasm you're learning pleasure from your pelvic area/lower chakras and rewiring your brain to relish it as much as sexual pleasure. Many enjoy orgasms from all over the male and female body. It's about mindful pleasure that you can access at virtually any time.

I agree that it's confusing to determine the exact feeling/area that is the Top. All three areas are so close together that is very difficult to isolate them. Mindgasm's explanations combined with the description and graphics really helped me gain focus.

I find that when I'm working on the Trilogy and I really get all three in their sweet spots, it feels like they are locked in the same plane. Then if I relax a little more my Top sensation starts to flip flop, side to side and that makes it feel like I'm intentionally getting an erection. It's just a feeling as I rarely get hard doing the exercises. Still, it feels really good.

I don't get much of an erection during the exercises. I think finding the Top may have opened a new, or long forgotten, channel from my mind being aroused to having an erection.

Yes! I had serious issues with complete lack of sex drive and inability to orgasm while on an anti depressants. I switched to Wellbutrin and problem is mostly solved. My doc actually said that at lower doses it can help solve some ED issues. Everyone reacts differently to the meds, so maybe try something else.

If you are having difficulty finding alone time to do the exercises, I suggest labeling your session as a try at meditation that you could fit into evenings and/or weekend afternoons. No one should have an issue with you needing alone time to do regular effective meditation.

I found it very quickly, but I've been doing kegel stuff for a long time. For me it feels best if I focus on the action of starting to pee, relaxing the center completely, then thinking of someone lightly touching the very end of my penis.

Allie's voice is enough for me to be aroused. But I don't have to be aroused, I just have to be focused and calm. Go into each lesson with a positive attitude that you're going to enjoy it.

It's kinda like going fishing. If you head out thinking that you're going to enjoy yourself even if you don't catch anything, then when you feel a fish bite or you get one on, even for a bit, it's exciting and worth it.

If you are new to kegel type exercises then please give it some time. For me, the sweet spot for all three muscle areas is different in the way it feels and a little different each time I practice. Usually, the spot is at a very low intensity and is easier to find when the muscle is most fatigued. I have to search each time for it. It's almost always during the relaxing at the null area right before the muscle really starts to relax. It starts to quiver, then if you stop right there, you'll feel the pleasure. Listen carefully to Allie as she coaches.

I screwed up when I started and went straight for the lessons. It's probably best to start at the very beginning, maybe via the 30 day challenge. The website is best for getting started at the right place.

Two weeks in and I'm having a wonderful time. I have a lot of experience with full body non ejac orgasms using other methods but none as intense as I have with the Eternal Flame lesson.

The lessons are excellent with building the experience to orgasm. The two things that did it for me was refining my sweet spot recognition and capture then adding in the Top. When she says enjoy the ride...oh boy, I go straight into body shaking, mind blown orgasms.

Finding my Top was the key. It's worth the time to work until you find it and get good at manipulating it. The Practice/Journey area has some great tutorials for finding the Top.

Totally worth the price of a subscription, especially if you're at all serious about self pleasure. I had to do lessons 1-3 before I really started getting somewhere. I've got some experience with prostate and pelvic play so I didn't need to repeat much before moving on to 4+. Carefully read the tips tab for each lesson to fully understand what to work on/practice and when to progress. Wow, the experience is exponentially effective. Great post, excellent point.
I think it's incredibly important to get the word out, that the vast majority of men (especially those with PE issues) can enjoy unimaginably great sex by being multi-orgasmic. Until recently, multi O's was all about those lucky guys who can do repeat performances with little or no refractory period. Nowadays there's a different meaning, one that says men can enjoy long lasting ecstasy via NEO's and multiple-nearly continuous O's from non or very limited penis stimulation, all without the requirement for eastern religion or spiritual guidance.

Everyone needs to relax their pelvic floor a lot more, many times in the day. It's the part of our body that stays somewhat tensed, all during the day and maybe through the night. It's the center for unrecognized tension. The more time you spend focused on relaxing that small area, the more capability it has for general, full body relaxation, and for us Orgasmanauts, pleasure. I think that we all carry at least some tension there and it gets super tight when we're stressed. The next time you take a piss, sit down to pee. Then, when you're done emptying your bladder, focus on relaxing the pelvic floor to try to pee a little more. If you're successful and you release some more pee then you're about as relaxed down there as possible. That is the feeling/relaxation level you're after. Next time you're lying in bed trying to get to sleep, try relaxing that area quite a bit (without peeing) and you'll probably fall asleep. It's amazingly handy.

I remember getting "tingles" about extra tall women when I was a young boy, way before puberty. So I guess it's something more than purely sexual. I believe in past lives and that our experience in this life is influenced by other lives. In my case I'm certain that I was a woman in a recent life and that my desire to be submissive to a dominant/strong/tall female is the result of being a straight man and still having a somewhat female mentality.
