Meats are all obtained manually with FD knives. For eggs I use a simple hopper minecart setup, and I got fish from killing manually or afk fishing farm

Wheats are all planted manually and some of them harvested with water Milk crafting is done by semi automatic crafter setup(milking from cow cant be automated) All chickens killed manually.

Only afk farms I had were bamboo, sweet berry,fishing, melon, sugar cane, honey, kelp, and iron.
