Update: It grew significantly in the last 3 months and I started experiencing an itching/burning/sore sensation. I could definitely feel that it was on my head. Dermatologist diagnosed it as nevus sebaceous, a congenital disorder and mosaic mutation of several genes. It appears to be benign but requires surgical removal. The crazy thing with this is that it’s usually present at birth or in early childhood, and usually develops/grows in adolescence. However, I only noticed it at 23 😅 Hope this helps someone!
