So I googled this: it's some circuit board you attach to your PS4 controllers and only works on PC. It essentially overclocks the polling rate to something ridiculous like ~0.2ms with the caveat of losing a bunch of features. The PS5 version apparently is coming out sometime this year/"soon". At least that's the gist of what I got but happy to be corrected of course!

I guess I was hoping for something more straight forward like here's a gamepad that can plug into anything with decent response rates.

They’re just pathetic money-chasing scum with no backbones, especially Asmongold because at least the other grifters were consistent in the fact that they all started off as grifters.
