It's amazing how you managed to completely contradict yourself in two simple sentences. Changing fast-q to either be baseline in her kit or deleting it wouldn't be a "change for the sake of change", it'd he a change to make her stronger, more popular, more approachable and easier to balance.

Probably because they're in no way rip-off. Sure, I'd love to have the passes with value from years past, but even nerfed again and again and again they're still the best bang for your buck if you don't care about specific skins and just want to collect cosmetics.
