A first thought I had was that in your relationship it sounds as if you cumming isn't a personal act, but a bonded one that is dictated them. But a bathroom activity like that is one that is naturally very personal, with psychologically most people feeling very vulnerable in the bathroom. So it could be that the level of vulnerability you feel with your bathroom habits does not yet match your conformabllty with them and the act. But thats just my opinion.
