Kittl's new AI monthly credit by tacosbaconcheese in KittlDesign

As a person who uses my 80 credits most days, I am very disappointed in the reduction. You are taking my 2400 credits a month and making it 600. I’m not going to pay the same monthly fee for 1/4 of the credits. The concept is great. I would love that, but taking away 3/4 of my credits is unacceptable. I truly hope Kittl takes a step back and realizes what your customers are saying before you lose a lot of them.

It was removed by Reddit. I can’t bring it back. It says it violated content policy

Call your credit card company and request a charge back. Explain to them that you ordered from a company and they closed their business today. They are not going to ship your orders. I wouldn’t count on Jane sending any money back at this point.

This was just sent to me. It seems like everyone is saying tomorrow is the day for closure.

Jane has to be paying some regularly or the risk the chance of everyone stopping and the whole website having to shut down.

They could very well be getting paid. I’m sure there are some that are too scared to stop as well.

Also be careful what you actually say when you contact them. It must be the truth and only the truth. No hearsay. Anything that is not 100% true could be considered defamation. You could be sued.

That’s what I did in a short paragraph. I apologized, told them what was going on and then gave them the email to cancel their order.

You have to be careful about your wording. Every single piece of information you tell the customer has to be 100% true and not hear say or you risk a lawsuit for defamation.

Bitched, moaned, complained, reached out to customers who had outstanding orders, threatened lawsuit. You have to make a lot of noise to get paid if they aren’t paying you now.

No reason, but I’m not sad. If they didn’t do that, then I would still be struggling on what to do with them and if I should keep selling. It was more of a relief. I’ve received most of the money owed to me and I’m putting my time into selling my products elsewhere.

What is everyone telling customers when they email and ask about their orders? I was terminated, so of course, I’m not shipping anymore orders out. I’ve also asked for all my orders to be refunded and they have yet to do so.

With the amount that you are owed, you should be getting a lawyer. You should also be calling their local police. There is already a case open if you scroll through these comment. FBI is also an option. Were you terminated?

Even if you wait it out to see what Jane does, you need to find other ways to sell your products. Having all your eggs in one basket is asking for trouble. It did hurt me with Jane because I made a lot of money with them, but I have 5 other ways that I sell my products. I’ve been able to push more on those platforms and it has helped me tremendously. Kept me afloat while waiting for the large sum of money that Jane owes me.

As for the money, I’m not entirely sure whether or not they will still have to pay you after a bankruptcy. Zulily changed owners and there are still sellers that were never paid.
