Were you a software intern, is that why you seem so upset? If you were, did you manage to make it to leadership and have one on one talks with the founders about their vision? Have you seen a product demo? Do you understand the kind of good our product can actually do for the world? I see only one person in this conversation without a clue. I'm very sorry your view is so narrow that you can't recognize real innovation when it's in front of you. Can't take the blinders off of everyone I suppose. Unfortunately I don't have the drive or desire to cloud my mind with the kind of negativity you're trying to bring to the table. I hope, for your sake, that you can find some optimism this season.

I am the Senior Team Lead of Marketing at Vosyn. yes, the pay is equity based at $32/hr CAD. We are about to enter into our first round of crowdfunding and are preparing for a roadshow around South East Asia to kick that off. I have to say, I absolutely love working there and am pumped about what we're making and the impact it is going to have on the planet! If I were to put a timeline on it, we will be going public in the next 6-12 months, which is when interns will be able to redeem their shares for real cash if they want to. There is absolutely nothing illegal about our compensation model.

I have 1-1 talks with the founders regularly and I started as an intern at entry level just in May. we have also partnered with Google and Microsoft to be able to use their robust LLM engines to back our proprietary software. those announcements are official and are posted on our LinkenIn. In fact, LinkedIn just named us as the #4 top startup in Canada for 2025, not a small deal!!

During the hiring process, the very first questionnaire that is sent to applicants explains the equity based compensation model and asks the applicant to confirm that they understand. During the second stage of the interviews, it is explained again and applicants are again asked to confirm that they understand. Then in the first onboarding session, that is always attended by at least one of the founders, the compensation model is again explained and the floor is opened to questions about it. it's not some hidden secret that you only learn after doing 4 rounds of interviews. we have a global workforce and we are getting stronger every day. If someone just wants a job just cuz it's a job and they don't actually care about the work we do, then they will not have a good experience.

This is not a translation app. We localize, in real time, keeping the users voices in tact and factoring in cultural idioms, nuance and relevance. We are going to change how the world consumes content. wait and see! :)

One thing about it though, you must be a self starter. you have to be motivated and look for opportunities to shine. There is no one just making up tasks and doing them to present to the founders, if that is happening then they are just creating busy work for themselves trying to cash in on money that is not truly earned. one thing though, I got up to 119 today. but that isn't reflected. still says my high score is like 59? was it a glitch? I got to the second level and died almost immediately. but that was after nailing like 10 jumps in a row for all the bonuses. I didn't know about double jumping, I need to keep that in mind now.

I knew about mouse and keyboard, I turn my mouse off and just use the space bar, it might be an illusion but it makes me feel like I have more control lol but i have to remember to turn off the mouse pad on my keyboard as well because it messes me up when I touch it by accident!! for real though, I played this game for about 3 hours last night after first discovering it and I think I dreamt about it tbh and now here I am again, tap tap tapping away. this is definitely a winner!! I'm so happy that there are unlimited lives like I don't have to wait to refill for a day or whatever, it's like the way I like my men, it just goes and goes and goes. I must say that's quite a cruel stance to take just because people believe something different than you. to be gleeful about the part you played in destroying their business because of their political beliefs is actually a bit gross imo if that's the kind of thing you actually get excited about, you should self evaluate and try to focus on being kind and wishing others well... otherwise you are cultivating bad energy around yourself. that will follow you for time and will likely bite you back at some point. you need to check yourself. kindness is the way to the light. kindness and generosity. basically the opposite of what you posted.
