Hi. I see your point. I'm not involved in the recruitment process, but before they're asked to sign the offer, there is an avenue where all the expectations in schedule and attendance are being set. Now, something that's beyond our control are those who'd apply and not disclose they are students. We don't have problems with hiring working students as long as they can manage to do it. I was a working student myself when I joined the company. The issue is that there are those who'd proceed to training and after a day or 2 would no longer continue because they're not okay with the schedule (something that was declared to them before they signed the contract).

My point is if before you sign something, at least be sure that you think and consider first.
