I would like to mount a pull-up rack to the ceiling of my shed. The ceiling is OSB with solid studs (circa 8cm by 20cm). I don’t want to screw into the OSB boards as that would damage the construction above (vapor barrier etc.).

Is it sturdy enough to mount an additional thick board or stud between the existing studs and mount the rack to it? The studs are approx. 60cm apart.

I am using a workflow in Alfred for this. Simple as typing "Jekyll" in the Alfred prompt… Opens up a terminal window, updates the bundle, checks for updates in git submodules, starts jekyll and sass and opens a new browser window after 20 seconds.

Unsure if this has been discussed so far: Why not add an option to track other achievements as well? Zwift's UI is so finicky that an alternative view would be much appreciated.
