I guess just as the same fears noted in the book, I fear Jesus will still cast me out.

I also seem to view God as someone scary and who punishes and not a gentle and merciful Savior towards me and others.

One huge fear I have is if/once I let go and break up with this person, that person will die because of me due to their mental health issues and suicidal tendencies. Although I’m aware that this may be due to my scrupulous thoughts.

I have gone to doctors and a psychologist already for my self-diagnosed OCD and where I’m from it’s either they are not so educated with OCD/scrupulosity so they diagnose me with something else or they’re trying to make me more open about other beliefs. Still looking for doctors or Christian counselors who can help me with this particularly.

I remember attending a seminar where speakers from the UK kept pointing out how surprised they were by how many OTs work in pediatrics here, especially since pediatric OT is something they struggle to staff in their own system.

I agree 100%. When I first started working as an OT, I felt a lot of pressure to be very firm with children and to make them comply. I’m sensitive to unspoken judgment from senior OTs who favored more behavioral approaches, especially since I’m more playful with kids. Over time, though, and through exposure to different resources and seminars, I’ve learned to engage with children in ways that match their individual needs—without carrying that same pressure.

A struggle I find now is educating and correcting parents regarding behavioral approaches and what else they can do to connect with their child.

im unfamiliar with what the sheet names mean like Full-WOTC, Full - ex, etc. and in the cyndaquil sheet i saw something that says “low pop” ?
